Menu Entry Change On Linux From 'Programming' To 'Internet'

When installing on a linux system either via .deb or .appimage the shortcut gets placed in the 'Menu' under the 'Programming' section instead of the 'Internet' section. Can this be changed so that the shortcut is created in the 'Internet' section.
