Indicator for transaction sending to unregistered Steem usernames

I suggest an indicator ⚠ for users sending transactions to unregistered Steem usernames. There are several occasions where eSteem users have sent SBD/STEEM to wrong usernames, especially usernames that are not registered on Steem Blockchain for ex: a user trying to send SBD to bittrex but instead, the user sent it to bitrex which is the wrong username. As we all know if a transaction is made to a wrong username on Steem Blockchain it's nonrefundable. So to limit/minimize this, that is the reason why I make this Suggestion.

Proposal

The To text-box in the Transfer Page should be highlighted with a red rectangle with the text couldn't find use with name typed text displayed underneath when the user typed in a username that is not registered on Steem Blockchain.
