Unable to vote at 4.4vote value - eSteem

Expected behavior
Posts should be voted even if the Vote value is set to 1%.
Actual behavior
When you set your Vote value to <7 specifically to 4.4, and click on post to upvote, it displays error Broadcast error, try again! Illegal value.
How to reproduce
- Open the App
- Navigate to your feed panel
- Hold down the upvote button on post you want to upvote and it will pop up the slider menu
- Set the Vote value to 4.4
- click upvote
