Update install tutorial(s) for MicroHydra 2.x

The install tutorial is outdated for installing MicroHydra 2.x, and needs to be updated.
It should also probably be moved out of the main README file, and into a dedicated wiki page. It might also be good to add separate tutorials for installing the firmware vs installing on normal MicroPython.
