Package Naming for 2.6+ has changed

According to the Repos and docu

http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/tutorial/install-mongodb-on-red-hat-centos-or-fedora-linux/

the package naming has changed with version 2.6. That means refactoring the params.pp or find a better solution to specify which version of mongodb you want to install.

The problem exists for redhat and debian distros
