An underscore is missing in workspace env variable

@eivantsov investigating on some OOM Killed errors the integreatly team finds out that CHE_WORKSPACE_JAVA_OPTIONS is missing an underscore (should be CHE_WORKSPACE_JAVA__OPTIONS).
It looks like an easy fix to apply here. Can you confirm?
