Typo `dcat:endpointUrl` in catalog response

Describe the Bug
The catalog response contains a typo in the endpoint url property in the DataService object.
currently is dcat:endpointUrl while it should be dcat:endpointURL
Possible Implementation
Leave and deprecate the dcat:endpointUrl and introduce dcat:endpointURL
