Token Validation endpoint to validate JWTs or JWS send from Consumer to Provider

It seems at the moment there is no token validation end point available to verify the JWTS or JWSs. Then How does currently company 2 verify the JWTs issued by company 1?. Does the current implementation validate the JWTs using an API endpoint or is it done using some centralized DAPs?
