Adopt GEF Classic once it has made a stable release

GMF Runtime has been using the unmaintained so called "GEF Legacy" component:

}

GEF maintenance has restarted under the name "GEF Classic" (see https://github.com/eclipse/gef-classic).
We must move to GEF Classic once it has made an official release, and in particular once it has contributed a version to the SimRel.
