Mounting SPI Flash is not support?

Describe the bug
Hello developers:
I use FileX in SPI Flash which normal work in embedded system. And I try to use USB to mount this device to Window PC, but not success. I use WinHex read hex data:

I also use Window format my SPI Flash by USB, reading hex data below:

I also tried to use FileX reading Window formatting Flash without success.
