Summary

The pipeline can publish artifacts to Maven Central, but the corresponding GH release has to be created manually.

Solution

This process should be automated.

Acceptance criteria

A workflow to create GH releases for the tag which is currently being released
The GH release includes the .jar which is being produced by the pipeline at the released tag
Automatic update of the CHANGELOG.md
