Extension of the comaptibility_matrix to include the supported C-X standards

As a product manager,
I want to extend the compatibility matrix to include the supported C-X standards,
so that users can easily see which standards are currently supported by the irs product.

Hints / Details

• Add a new section to the compatibility matrix titled "Supported C-X Standards".
• List all relevant C-X standards that the product currently supports.
• Ensure the list is kept up-to-date as support for new standards is added or removed.

Acceptance Criteria

• The compatibility matrix includes a section titled "Supported C-X Standards".
• The list under this section includes all relevant C-X standards currently supported by the product.
• The list is accurate and up-to-date.
• Users can easily locate and reference the supported C-X standards within the compatibility matrix.
