According to the AAS-Spec, it is mandatory to append the suffix /$value to the dataplane URL found as "href" in the Digital Twin Registry

Description

Current behaviour

  • IRS does not append the mandatory suffix /$value when requesting data via the dataplane "href" URL from the digital twin registry

Expected behavior

  • IRS appends the mandatory suffix /$value when requesting data via the dataplane "href" URL from the digital twin registry

Steps to reproduce the Bug

Start a IRS Job in version 5.1.3 with a DTR standard conform data provider
