Regenerate option from edm perspective is not working

The regenerate from edm throws an error in both cases with and without changes in the model.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to EDM perspective of some of the modules (example: codbex-invoices)
  2. Click on Regenerate button
  3. See error
