Swing HMI : library treeview does not refresh correctly when deleting an entry in a subfolder in the User Library

When deleting a reusable submodel from the userlibrary :
- when done on the root level of the user library, the library is immediately
refreshed, as it should
- when done in a subfolder, it is not refreshed. Only when (re)opening the
model, the new state is shown correctly.
