I.o. using org.eclipse.ui.internal.registry.ActionSetRegistry &&
org.eclipse.ui.internal.registry.ViewRegistry etc, use the XSLT-based
mechanisms for removing unneeded eclipse IDE action&view extensions in the
vanilla workbench.

The current workbench will remain as-is. New developments will be done in the scope of the proposed Triquetrum eclipse project.
