As an admin, I want the system to improve the read me of my project based on questions that developers asked in the past.
Optional step: I can select the previous queries I want to answer in my readme (extract this to a separate issue)
The system presents me an updated readme for review
As an admin I can approve the new readme or request changes in a chat.
The system opens a PR to my open source repository with the changes and post me the link
