Wrong filepath in mybinder

The MyBinder's url is forwarding to a wrong filepath (/home/jovya) in jupyter.

Hi Yuri,
Thank you for your comment and pull request! I needed to do bigger changes to the requirement file and fixed the binder url along the way. Sorry for not merging your PR!
I am due to big review and refactor of this repo soon. I do hope it is useful :)

No problem. I'm happy that Binder url is working now.
It's good to know you'll review and refactor this repo. It helps a lot of people that works on meteorological analysis around the world, including here in Brazil.
Hope I can contribute to other improvements in the future.
