Composable network governance proposals not showing

Dear REStake-crew,
the Composable network governance proposals on https://restake.app/composable/vote are not showing due to following error:
"Failed to load proposals: Request failed with status code 500"

@qprjct sorry for the slow reply. I'm not really sure what the problem is here - the usual proposals endpoint returns a 500 with the error: proto: wrong wireType = 0 for field MinRateLimitAmount. This seems to be the case with every REST API I've tried.
This seems like a core issue with the chain, since ping.pub etc all seem to have the same issue. We'll leave this open but I'm afraid I'm not sure how to fix it my side.
