remove FrameAgentType; transfer diagramming functionality over to new Block framework

The FrameAgentType was an earlier attempt to do what is now being done with Blocks and the generic Monte Carlo simulator.

I should remove the frame.py module and bring the diagramming functionality over to the blocks.

Fixed with #1511 -- but I didn't save the visualization.
Stage or model visualization can come back in later.
