A simple irc server :)
You can launch the server like this : ./ircserv [PORT] [PASSWORD].
-Once you start the server it will demands you the password for the the server
that way users could make themselves operators of the server.

You can use as a Client :
-irssi.
-netcat (like this : nc -c {The -c option add a \r\n at the end of the line you write}).
Like this : nc -c localhost 8888
