httptest backoff for NATS connection

wondering how hard it would be to make httptest be able to wait until NATS Server is ready.

Run makes it easier to run when other things are going up and down...

Hello, you can see a draft in the PR #19
This can be done with a go routine : create connection with nats (and registering service).
