the draconic evolution build structure for the tier 8 energy storage schematic is wrong when the mod is in hard mode. it takes two layers of awakened draconium

I wasn't aware the mod had a hardmode. I guess we'll have to create 8 more schematics for the mod when it is in hardmode.

i am pretty sure its only the tier 8 that is different, I may be wrong though
