Munin links visible in Virt view but not in List

As the title says, the Munin links are visible in the virt view but not in list. However, the haproxy and api buttons are visible in both views.

This should be made consistent - in my opinion, preferably by showing munin links in the list view as well as virt.

A plugin can decide not to add the links if it is the list view. It would be justified by for example not having the necessary host/guest information
