Package all the things!

I'm the maintainer of most of the COSMIC packages in the AUR (Arch User Repository).

I've also added everything mentioned here and tested them via a local COSMIC installation using my cosmic-epoch-git package. I wasn't sure how you would want to reflect how any of these are packaged in the README, so I figured I'd create an issue for now. I'm sure there will be Fedora COPRs eventually as well.

Hi, I could include an array of links in the configuration entries for all the different packages available, depending on the URL we could render a different image buttons.

I am worried about the README becoming too cluttered, I have to give this some thought.
