@edreisMD I have started working on this PR to add a description of plugins.prompt and plugins.tokens to the README.

My plan is:

  1. Review the README and identify where to add the new section
  2. Draft the content for the new section explaining plugins.prompt and plugins.tokens
  3. Submit a PR with the changes
