The tests from the 0.9.2 sdist do not run

Failure: URLError (<urlopen error [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'test/description.xml'>)

That and other problems have been fixed in master, but not released yet.

Also a MANIFEST.in is needed to include a license file. If this is GPL software, the license requires it.

And there are not GitHub tags for the latest release on PyPI. https://github.com/edsu/opensearch/releases
