Support ICO format for upcoming Windows version

Title says it all, well done on the icons, they look great.

I added an .ico to the repo a couple of days ago. Does that work for the upcoming Windows version? I have no experience with Windows icons so some information would be helpful.

We'll need to hack on the exe file most likely to replace it, unless there's some love from Atom itself.
But there's programs on Windows that do shell-wide icon replacements, so it's nice to have it available.
