not iOS 11 supported ofc, is your cpu an amd or intel ?

Apple m1
m1 are not good with faster soo you will have to try manually putting your device in dfu mode and forcing reboot it and try again gaster until you get it success the exploit, this is the command for faster ./binaries/$(uname)/gaster pwn
