IPhone 8 downgraded from 15.5 to 14.8 and the device can't activate

Tried activating with 3utools and itunes but that didn't work either.
I am so sorry if I didn't share some info in the readme about we can't activate the device or login into iCloud when we downgrade from iOS 16 however you can jump the setup by doing a bypass or something similar also the Apple ID works well
