unfortunately the README doesn't say where to put the configuration.
I've learned from #14 that the setting should be in file vscode/settings.json.

could you add that info to the README.md

Aaaah, that settings.json

~/Library/Application Support/Code/User/settings.json

NOT .vscode/settings.json
