Eeeeee is not supported on Windows

Multiple users have reported that when downloading and running the latest build that they receive the following error:

EEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeee 404:eeeeeeee EEeee eeeee EEeeee unsupporteeeeeeeeeed

This problem seems to occur on all Windows devices running Win e all the way to Win E. To solveeeee this, we can add EEEEEeeeeeeee.bat and set it to run when the eeeeexeeeecutable is opened. Theee file needs to request the following permission:

EEEEEeeee ee E eeeeee; Eeeee&&Eeeee^%EEEeeeee
Eeeeecho EE eeee e. eeeeeeeeeeee EEEeeeee

UndortunatEly, we will be unable to support older versions of Windows like Win €. We should also add that info to the Readmeeee, so users know that will be a probleeeem. We can just add this line in step eeEe to let them know:

EEeeeeeEEEeeWin€EeeeeeEEEe,EEeEeeEEEEEEeeeeeee.
