Dimension (e.g. `nod2` or `elem`) removed for FESOM2 data

Currently while copying the data with something like
cdo --eccodes -s -f nc4c -r selvar,u /scratch/a/a270228/rundir1950_ctl/tco1279l137/i2hj/hres/gnu.openmpi/lum.gnu.sp/h5088.N286.T4096xt8xh1+ioT480xt8.nextgems_6h.i16r0w24.htco1279-1950-7486192/u.fesom.1950.nc /work/bm1344/a270228/EERIE_Hackathon/IFS-FESOM_CONTROL-1950/tco1279-NG5/1950/FESOM/native/monthly/fesom_u_19500731-19500731_monthly-NG5.nc
dimension in resulted data is changed to x. This is not convinient. I am not sure it make sense to apply --eccodes and selvar to data.
