Either the whole extension does not work or something is blocking the Alt key.
If I want to mimic xfce behaviour of alt-right-click on a window to resize it, what do I do?
Even the volume control does not do anything. I suppose that should work by pressing alt and scrolling on the top bar?

Ah, no need, this works without extension:
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences resize-with-right-button true
