Does not support GNOME 43

I had to disable this extension on after an upgrade to GNOME 43.
Hoping that a new release will happen with GNOME 43 support

You can modify this file :
~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/speed@eexpss.gmail.com/metadata.json
Add a line as "43", in the shell-version segment. Then restart shell. It might work.
Of course I will upgrade to gnome 43 and test the extension, upload an new version.
