Feature request: Add method to retrieve placeholder keys

For each campaign-template, there are input fields, better known as template-placeholders

Presently, you need to manually go to the campaign template to figure out what the template-placeholder keys are.
A method is needed in the SDK, to be able to programmatically retrieve the name of the template-placeholders.
