Change the health green cross to a red heart

I know for legal reasons you cant use a red cross without permission but the new green boxes is ticking me off a little bit what about instead of having a red cross we use a red heart?

Nah in my opinion the green plus icon fits Better

It ticks me off too. But I think red heart will not make it any better. I think we have to give the "new green boxes" some time to adjust in the game.
