First bar in Spectrum is not active, no matter if select 16/32/64/128 bars

I’m using v0.22, on a Quansheng UV-K5(8), made in January 2024.

Steps: go to Spectrum, select 16 bars (by pressing 4), or 32/64/128.
Actual result: the firs bar (left) is not active, no signal detected (not bouncing). Same for 32/64/128 bars (missing is less visible for 64 and 128 bars, due to smaller width).
Expected result: first bar (left) should be active, similar to the others.

I tested also in v.0.20, first bar behaves normal. This issue does not exist there.

One more little issue, regarding markers beneath the spectrum. They seem to be drawed weird, at least for me. Sometimes they are not present at all.
