A strange missing routine error appears when building ultrascan again in an existing branch.
Suspect need a better makeclean.sh to handle properly cleaning somo.
The temporary solution is to completely remove the ultrascan-branch directory and proceed as if a new branch

Issue was stale Makefiles in somo subdirectories.
Changed the procedure for existing branches, added a new option to setup.pl.
