Fixed in branch "r36_rJava0.9-12_fixes" for R 3.6 and rJava 0.9-12.
R 4.0.1 on Windows is partially working, with the ability to read time series data functional, but retrieving pathnames from the file is not functional. Paired data retrieval is untested.
