Breaks on iOS load if url includes anchor tag

On the iPad, if the url includes an anchor (e.g. http://ehmorris.github.com/jQuery.birdseye/#section2026798839), the birdseye nav bar doesn't appear on the page.

removed anchor navigation in favor of using javascript to jump to the scrollX position of sections
