I installed the package and it's still 17.6?

Thanks for the question. I did some preliminary work last week on bumping the image to Leia. Thing seems to be working but I wanted to give it one last round of tests. Assuming no obstacles, I'll push out an updated image tomorrow (Monday the 4th).

v18 "Leia" images are now up on Docker Hub, so you can docker pull erichough/kodi and you'll have it
Please report any bugs in a separate issue.
