Do not break between curly brackets inside doc comments

Wrap plus is smart and doesn't break inside backticks for example, but breaks inside curly brackets. So with doc comments that have for example {@see something()} I often have to unwrap manually because it breaks after @see. Please add this feature to not break inside curly brackets.
