Make it hosted on heroku because it is a little tricky to set up

Hey! Hosting Discord bots on Heroku is not recommended at all due to various reasons (mainly due to how their environments work). The best way to host this bot is using a Linux-based VPS from a provider like Digitalocean/Vultr (instructions on this is available in the readme). Feel free to shoot me a DM on discord if you need help getting it up and running (Edwin#3726)

As Edwinexd stated, hosting Reaction Light (or any discord.py Discord bot) on Heroku is not recommended.
People are free to fork the repo and host it on Heroku (it has been done before), but the platform won't be officially supported.
