tape gd1987-08-15.sbd.walker-scotton-miller.83904.sbeok.flac16 has tracks out of order. We should choose gd87-08-15.prefm.leeds.17010.sbeok.shnf instead.

Fixed by upgrading "prefm" in FAVORED_TAPER
