Description
Eiffel-Intelligence Backend need to be investigated and updated to handle encrypted password for MongoDb and RabbitMq connection.
Update documentation how to configure Eiffel-Intelligence Backend with encrypted passwords.
Motivation
Username and Password configuration need to be handled in a more secure way.

Benefits
Eiffel-Intelligence configuration becomes more secure.
