System orange led blinking after flashing mod firmware

Hello, I have a problem after flashing the mod firmware (firmware.6.mod.bin) and reset router the system
led blinking orange. What i can do? I have a backup, how i can it restore?

I successful restore the software using tiny pxe. After the second install of the mod firmware everything works.
