CDE-semantic-model-implementation in the Patient Consent CDE issue for element "consent_template"

Dear ..,

In the CDE-semantic-model-implementation in the Patient Consent CDE in the Notes:
It says:
consent_template: the URI/URL to the raw (not patient-filled) consent document

But it is not clear what exactly needs to be filled in. The answer from fairification steward was that this was not yet correct. Can you please correct this or explain what needs to be done?
