What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to mount the DVD
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest official build v081214
Please provide any additional information below.
I know this is the same problem with the latest version of genplus gx as
well (issue 54). I just wanted to add this issue to make it official for
smsplus as well.

Also having this problem, burned the dvds on a slow speed and have DVDx v2
Installed.
Unable to Mount the dvd.

Again, this can easily be fixed by recompiling the current code with the newer
libogc, the issue is not related to the emulator code itself.
