The game resolution is 1280x960 with 4:3, the ESP on the other computer will only show the 1280x960 resolution in the top left corner

Ah yeah. It's little lazy way implemented. You could turn your secondary PC resolution 1280x960 and give another try

This would solve the problem, have you considered doing a web-based map radar?
